Once we have established your needs and designed your product, our development team takes over to make it all happen.

Experience & flexibility

Prepack’s formative years have proven very effective. Today we pack and distribute in excess of 400,00o ration packs for the Australian Defence Force alone. The packs are collated across eight specialist menus and three configurations to their exacting standards. Our business though is not the product. It is our flexible process and our ability to adapt quickly to your requirements. The process is quickly scalable through our physical infrastructure, talented people and our access to the best suppliers around the globe.

Quality & expertise

Our product reflects your business, so our rigorous quality management process starts with our suppliers. Each is regularly audited to ensure that they adhere to our standards and all inwards goods are inspected for quality and compliance. When components have been processed, they undergo a quality control inspection, which is just one part of our ISO9001 certified process.

The only thing more important than the product is our people. Their well being and safety is paramount in our processes. We’re HACCP certified and have a Ministry of Primary Industries certified risk management programme.

Prepack is happy to undergo regular customer, MAF and independent ISO 9001 certification audits. It helps to ensure that we consistently fulfil your requirements and improve our offerings.
